TINY TRIBE accepts returns within 30 days of purchase. To return one or more items from your order, the following conditions must be met:

  • The return must be requested within 30 calendar days of the delivery date.
  • The products must be in its original, unused, unaltered and unwashed condition.
  • The product must be returned with tags and packaging in their original condition.

TINY TRIBE does not cover the shipping cost for returning an item. We recommend using a traceable service to reduce the risk of lost parcels.

LOCATIONS
For Australian and New Zealand orders, the returns centre is located at Sydney, Australia.
For United States and Rest of world orders, the returns centre is located at San Diego, United States.

PROCESSING
Please allow up to 7 business days for your return to be processed once your return has been received. Once your return has been approved you will receive a confirmation email.

REFUNDS
Your refund will be credited to the form of payment used for the order. Credit card refunds may take up to 10 business days, this can vary between card issuers. Sale items may be returned for a credit voucher only.

CREDIT VOUCHERS
For returns of sale items, credit vouchers are provided only.  Upon receipt of your returned order, we will issue you with a credit voucher to the value of your return via email. The voucher will include a voucher number and pin to redeem online at checkout. Credit vouchers are valid for 6 months and not refundable or redeemable for cash. 

EXCHANGES
We are unable to facilitate exchanges through our online store. We recommend you return the products for a full refund and place a new order for the preferred item(s) at your earliest convenience.
