Australia Post registered mail is offered as a shipping option for a flat rate of $9.95.

Express Post
Australia Post express mail is offered as a shipping option for a flat rate of $14.95.

Delivery confirmation

Our delivery time starts from the moment an order is accepted and includes a 72 hour period where your product(s) will be processed and dispatched by our warehouse. Once your purchases are on their way to you, we'll send you an email with your tracking number.

Changes to your order

We will do our best to ship your order within 72 hours. We are unable to re-direct your package once it has been shipped.

Tracking your order

No need to wait in anticipation. It is easy to track your TINY TRIBE order. Using your tracking number you can monitor your shipment at My Account step by step.

TINY VIP customers can simply SIGN IN, select MY ACCOUNT followed by ORDER STATUS.

Signing for deliveries

Australia Post will require a signature for the delivery of your TINY TRIBE parcel. The standard hours of delivery are between 9:00am to 5:00pm, Monday to Friday. We understand life gets busy and we might miss you at your delivery address. If you’re unavailable when your package is delivered it will be redirected and you will receive a notice. You can arrange to pick up your package at a time that suits you. Note that requests such as leaving parcels unattended or unsigned for cannot be fulfilled due to security reasons.

Insurance

For security all products are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from TINY TRIBE to the delivery address. Once your purchases have been delivered to the specified delivery address and signed for, they are no longer covered by insurance. If you have specified a recipient that is not you for delivery purposes (for example as a gift), then you accept that evidence of a signature by them (or at their delivery address) is evidence of delivery. This signature is also evidence of fulfillment of your order by TINY TRIBE and transfers the responsibility of your purchased goods to you as it would by signing for them yourself.

Taxes and Duties

Taxes and duties are calculated according to your shipping destination. Most international countries are shipped to on a DDP (Delivery Duty Paid) basis, which means that all relevant import taxes and duties will be excluded in the final purchase price.

When a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) destination is selected, the product prices displayed are exclusive of all taxes and duties. So once your order arrives at its destination you will be required to pay all import duties, customs and local sales taxes levied by the country you are presiding in, in order to release your order from customs.
