Flash Sale Returns

We understand that sometimes you need to exchange or return your Flash Sale purchase. This returns policy applies to all items purchased during the duration of the TINY TRIBE Flash Sale. Due to the heavily discounted nature of the product. For your exchange or return to be successful you will need to comply with the following steps:

The steps

  • 1.Email customercare@tinytribe.com.au quoting your Flash Sale order number and reason for return
  • 2.Return the sale item within 21 days of purchase. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of TINY TRIBE and may only be refunded as a store credit
  • 3.Item(s) being returned must be unworn and unused with the original tags attached. If your exchange or return is damaged, marked or altered it may not be accepted and may be sent back to you
  • 4.Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty

      We understand that sometimes you need to exchange or return your purchase. To ensure your return is hassle free your shipment package will contain all the information you require to exchange or return your purchase(s) including:

      • TINY TRIBE Returns Address sticker
      • TINY TRIBE I need to Return / Exchange My Item
      • TINY TRIBE Returns Form

      The steps

      • 1. Complete the TINY TRIBE Returns Form (in your shipping envelope)
      • 2. Utilise the TINY TRIBE Returns Address sticker enclosed for the item you would like to return
      • 3. Organise postage with your local Australia Post provider
      • 4. When received by TINY TRIBE we will assess and advise you of the outcome of your return

      Important Information*

      Our fine print is not so small, for your exchange or return to be successful you will need to comply with the following two steps:

      • Return the item within 30 days of purchase
      • Item(s) being returned must be unworn and unused with the original tags attached

      If your exchange or return is damaged, marked or altered it may not be accepted and may be sent back to you. If you have not completed your TINY TRIBE Returns Form, unidentified returns may be returned to the sender. Your item(s) should be sent back to us within 30 days. Returns outside these timeframes may be accepted at the discretion of TINY TRIBE.

      Goods are classified as faulty if they are received damaged or where a manufacturing fault occurs within six months of purchase. Please note that items that are damaged as a result of wear and tear are not considered to be faulty.

      Colours

      We have made every effort to display the colours of our products that appear on TINY TRIBE as accurately as possible. However, as computer monitors vary, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any colour will be completely accurate.

      Refunds

      The original purchaser’s credit card will be refunded.

      Please note, card refunds can take up to 10 days to show on your statement due to the processing times between card issuers. Your refund excludes the cost of delivery and return. This is deducted for each order that is returned.

      Exchanges*

      Please note that we are only able to offer size exchanges. If you wish to exchange your item for an alternative style, we suggest that you return and refund it and purchase the new item separately.
